Our employees’ transition to working from home has made us appreciate the difficulties of juggling personal responsibilities with work and allow more flexible working hours. Moreover, providing fun and social events kept our teams positive and motivated through this transition period.
But initially, when we started working from home, our calendars were filled with back-to-back video calls. Overall, this caused more stress, longer working days, and even health problems.
Nowadays, we’re paying special attention to our employees’ mental health. Quickly figuring out a healthy balance of using different tools, formal and informal messages, and awareness of successes and failures proved vital.
